The ticket counter was closed, I was too early for the laid back city of Port Blair. The museum opens at 8:45 am for the public

A gallery showcasing the history of Port Blair has been recently constructed. Also, this was the only place in whole premises with any Air conditioning shading people from tormenting heat and humidity
